Red Bard is a multi-talented YouTuber, writer, illustrator, cosplayer, and medievalist hailing from Oklahoma. They/she started by sharing videos critiquing anime and expressing dislikes about certain aspects. However, their content shifted towards researching anime and video game trivia, as well as analyzing anime and manga companies like Tokyopop and 4kids.

In 2021, Red Bard faced controversy due to their involvement with individuals such as 4chan, Shammy, MandaloreGaming, and former Vinesauce moderators GEEPM and Charonian. They were accused of falsely framing Vinny as a pedophile with assistance from Twitter user VS_Experience. Despite the fabricated document being debunked and receiving backlash, Red Bard persisted and claimed to have contact with Vinny’s alleged “victims.”
