Miki Yoshikawa

Miki Yoshikawa is a renowned Japanese manga artist known for her popular series Flunk Punk Rumble, Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, and A Couple of Cuckoos, which have also been adapted into anime. She began her career with the one-shot manga Glory Days in Kodansha’s Magazine Special.

Yoshikawa gained experience as an assistant to Hiro Mashima on Rave Master and Fairy Tail. In 2005, she published the comedic one-shot Flunk Punk Rumble, later serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shลnen Magazine. Her notable work includes Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, selling over 3 million copies and inspiring a live-action drama and TV anime adaptation. Yoshikawa attended Anime Expo as a guest in 2015.

Inspired by Dragon Ball and mentored by Hiro Mashima, she has a talent for creating delinquent characters, drawing by hand, and adding depth to her stories through her artistry.
