J-LIST

J-List is an e-commerce platform founded in 1996 by American entrepreneur Peter Payne. It specializes in offering Japanese products, with a primary focus on otaku goods, anime, and manga. The company’s headquarters are situated in Isesaki, Gunma, Japan. J-List operates a division called JBOX, and additionally oversees J18 Publishing, which translates and publishes physical hentai doujinshi, art books, and tankōbons in English.
