David Production

David Production, Inc. is a Japanese animation studio based in Nishitōkyō, Tokyo. It was founded in September 2007 by former Gonzo producers Kōji Kajita and Taito Okiura. Notable works include JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Cells at Work!, Fire Force, and the 2022 adaptation of Urusei Yatsura. The studio’s name reflects their commitment to creating high-quality animation and storytelling, inspired by the story of David and Goliath. The company was acquired by Fuji TV on August 1, 2014.
